drink lots of green tea and sleep well .

also cotton wool pads soked in chilled green tea make a great anty aging eye mask and use natural runny honey as a face mask .
smear it on cleansed skin and relax for 10 mins then pat your face gently with your fingers the stickyness helps lift dead skin and impurities and alow the good things in the honey and any following skin teatments to sink in to the skin. it also helps circulation to flush out toxins and bring oxigen to the cells. it is nourishing to dry skin and helps combat spots in oily and combination skin.
when finished rince your face in warm water and continue with your normal toner and moisturiser.
