    Sounds great! My favorite Italian dish is Suppli al Telefono – rice balls stuffed with mozzarella and beef – mine are half decent, but the best are those made by my friend’s Sicilian mother!! I follow on facebook with first name Juliette last name Sentis.

    Baked three cheese tortilinni is the greatest italian dish ever, everyone I make it for absolutely loves it, plus its way easy to make, there is only four or five ingredients!

    My favourite italian dish is gnocchi in a tomato and ricotta sauce. It’s delicious and my daughter loves it too so it’s an easy family meal served with lots of fresh salad.

    Simply grilled ciabatta, rubbed with garlic with an over ripe tomato mashed on top and some slices of Galbani mozzarella. All drizzled with good olive oil and torn basil leaves… oh and not forgetting a large glass of barolo. Fantastico!

    I love all Italian food & cannot possibly choose between my homemade veggie pasta bake, veggie Mexican chilli pizza or veggie lasagne which I make with very low fat fromage frais instead of cheese or bechamel sauce so it’s very low fat
