Honestly Healthy Launches At Selfridges

June 28, 2011 by

Running around London foodie events and grabbing a quick lunch fix on the go plays havoc with the diet.  But what can we do?  That’s London life!

Luckily, Honestly Healthy launches at Selfridges Food Hall tomorrow, serving chilled salads and ready to cook dry mixes, so you can carry on the good work at home.

Honestly Healthy was founded by organic chef Natasha Corrett and leading nutritional therapist Vicki Edgson.  A reaction against brands claiming to be healthy without the real credentials, Honestly Healthy is an alkaline range of vegetarian food made fresh from the kitchen every day.

The chilled salads include ingredients known to boost skin radiant, increase energy levels and detox the liver.  I’m looking forward to trying the Powerful Protein – a rice noodle salad with bok choy, broccoli, and a chickpea and quinoa burger.

Exactly and yet it’s so hard to find on the regular lunch run. I’m going this week, so will report back x

I reckon it’s going to be huge at Selfridges, especially opening in the summer. Can’t wait to try it!

Tucking into two (I’m THAT Hungry) of the fresh lunch boxes: “Get Up and Go” and “The Power Box”. No leftovers are predicted. Just the ticket for a tough day at work yet keeping energy and protein levels topped up for optimal performance and endurance for the rest of the afternoon. If you’re conscious about what keeps you going, You’ll love this stuff.
